The cleaned poppy is packed in 20/25 kg paper bags on the Kamas packaging line with a capacity of 20-25 tons per shift (8 hours). At the customer's request, each bag can be labelled according to the customer's requirements. The exact weight of each bag is controlled by digital balance scales with an accuracy of +/- 50 g. During the packing process, the weight is checked among randomly selected bags. Before placing bags on pallets, each bag passes through a metal detector FE-FE NON-SUS. Industrial heat-treated pallets (1,2 x 1) and Euro pallets (1,2х0,8,) are used for stacking. Outside the EU, pallets are used without heat treatment. The whole pallet, weighing 700-1000 kg, is strengthened by wrapping with a plastic stretch film. Also, there is the opportunity to pack goods in bags weighing from 0.8 to 1.2 tons.
